The Launch Of Windows 8

Microsoft finally gave the assurance that the operating system Windows 8 will be available beginning October 26, 2012. This was revealed by Microsoft on Wednesday (18/07/2012) local time. This announcement means that on that date the consumer should be able to buy an upgrade to Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro. Upgrades will be available in the form of strip retail or via download on the internet. In addition, users will be able to get Windows 8 when purchasing a new computer devices, such as laptops and other manufacturers that use Windows 8. Windows 8 is touted as the next big gamble for Microsoft. This operating system began introducing the Metro interface that has a much different concept than previous Windows interfaces. In addition to Windows 8 for computing devices in general (ala x86 Intel and AMD), Microsoft is also preparing Windows for ARM architecture.
